Mark & Sue

You know what I love? I love photographing people who have gotten a second chance at love. I love how Mark and Sue look at each other like they finally found the one they were made for. I love that just being around them you can see how much fun they have. How Mark lights up when he looks at Sue. How Sue belly laughs at Mark’s hilarious humor. This engagement session was one of my favorites to date for all of these reasons and more.
We shot this session at the incredible TPC Deere Run golf course. Though it is known for hosting PGA golf tournaments, it is also a beautiful wedding venue in Silvis, Illinois, close to the Quad Cities. Though Spring has hardly been kind to us Midwesterners this year, we still found some beautiful places to capture their love story; including the steps they will come down as they become husband and wife this summer! Mark and Sue, thank you for letting me photograph your beautiful story, and for making it so much fun!
